Scoreboard watching in Toronto, literally

Raptors fall victim to Redd, Bucks

Notes (3/2/2007 9:44:02 PM)

"... Toronto general manager Bryan Colangelo has put up a scoreboard in the locker room listing the Atlantic and Eastern Conference standings ..."

This is the worst possible move for a GM to make.

It says in this corner, Bryan Colangelo will rue the day he exercised such poor judgement and made this decision at this point in the season.

Prior to the game against the Bucks, the Raptors were sitting atop the Atlantic Division with a 32-26 record, 4th overall in the Eastern Conference.

Results thus far ... ATSWU (after the scoreboard went up):

L vs Milwaukee (32-27)
L at Cleveland (32-28)

Pull a stunt like this and the 'karma gods of sport' are gonna get you, almost every time.
